How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France*, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom**, United States***, Vietnam

However, some products cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases, Alaska, Hawaii

Where do you ship from?

We ship orders from our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS mostly and occasionally UPS & Fedex. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order. 

We also have other warehouse internationally and we will ship your product from the nearest warehouse. We currently have warehouses in the USA, Australia, The UK and China. Your packages will be shipped safely by using e-packet  and will have a tracking number for you to keep and eye on.

My Tracking Information Says  “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
