Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Shipping Times

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after the date that the customer has placed the order and shipped the parcel out the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Back Orders:

If the product has been back ordered, we will try our best to ship it out as soon as it gets back in stock. Meanwhile, we will inform you on the product page about the shipping time. Please Kindly contact us if you can not wait, we will help you cancel the order.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

In most cases, your delivery will arrive within 7-16 business days. In the rarest exceptional cases up to 20 business days. We work directly with manufacturers to offer you the absolute lowest price on the best products you won’t find anywhere else.

3: 1 Year Warranty Plus Tracking w/ Insurance. (Includes Plus Shipping benefits* and, if product breaks within the First Year, a new unit will be shipped at not cost to you)

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
